Plus we had one objection to the adoption of any Robert's Rules by Gordon Sturrock in an email dated: Thu 10/7/2010 10:01 AM

Jon Monday says present - in the spirit of Robert's Rules, where the
Chairman only votes in cases of ties, but is counted for quorum purposes.

The quorum requirement of 11 was met, as 15 people were heard from. The Final vote is 1.5 votes for the shorter version, 11.5 votes for the SDSU version, , 1 objection, and 1 indication as present. The SDSU version is adopted and will be followed - see attached. Accordingly, there are some housekeeping items to get on track so we can start addressing the real issues that we came to deal with.
