Post my personal apology to Jon and Ed, Feb. 15, 2011
Here is my own personal apology to Jon and Ed which I posted to the workgroup list on February 15, 2011. I continue to support VFP's Statement of Purpose, Resolutions and the democratic will of the workgroup to the best of my ability and without compromise.

Subject: RE: [VFP--IP] MLK & Gandhi sources - a small point in defense of Ed

Jon, and Ed,
I'm deeply sorry for my past "contributions" towards the unwarranted personal attacks against you. However much I might disagree, or agree, with you on various issues, and despite a flood of accusations to the contrary, I'm convinced you are both honest activists who have MUCH to contribute and deserve to be listened to, not ruthlessly slandered as some of my former associates seem intent on doing.
It's a shame that things have turned out this way, but I'm committed to doing what is right and pledge to stick it out to make it that way. Mission Statement or Bust!
Isn't it interesting that Eduardo now has six documented violations against him including TWO Points of Order that have been completely unaddressed, and that you and Ed have been subjected to a barrage of HIGHLY DISRESPECTFUL INSULTS and nothing has happened to correct the situation? Any other member would have been kicked out of the workgroup by now, don't you think?
Gordon
